Me Frank Pappas
Graduated in law from the Université de Sherbrooke and called to the Quebec Bar in 1984, I am married and father of three daughters. My family and I chose to make Estérel our home about fifteen years ago, a community and a town to which I have become fully committed.
Throughout my career as a defense lawyer, I have argued with determination, integrity, and without compromise some of the most complex and high-profile cases in Quebec. These same values have guided me throughout my tenure as mayor since 2021. As mayor, I have worked to protect our environment, our lakes and forests, in short, our quality of life.
Through constant and proactive oversight, conducted in collaboration with the most reputable experts in all fields, whether against invasive aquatic plants at the pier that we eradicated, or the installation of safe surfing zones, awareness campaigns promoting respect for our environment and our peace, nothing has been spared.
We have also improved our infrastructure and recreational facilities, supported cultural and community activities, and acquired land for thoughtful and sustainable development.
We have made Estérel the most sought-after town in the Laurentians. My goal is to protect our heritage, enhance everyone's quality of life, and build a sustainable future in harmony with our ecosystem.
